Thank you so much for sharing it via your newsletter. It is beautifully written and does a wonderful job of telling the very human stories impacted by Dobbs. This kinds of writing/reporting/story telling is crucial to change and survival for that matter. Thanks again!

P.S. congratulations on passing the bar!

I read the vasectomy piece today without realizing you wrote it. Great piece! It resonated. I’d love to see vasectomies at all Planned Parenthoods. Pairing men’s family planning options with women’s so closely - literally- has potential to educate voters and elicit empathy on many levels.

First, CONGRATS on passing the bar! No easy feat (especially such an elitist, classist, racist exam that excludes so many otherwise eligible folks.) and very much worth celebrating!

Second, I saw your piece while scrolling through my IG feed and had no idea it was yours but read the condensed overview and now I will definitely go back and read the piece that in its entirety knowing it’s authored by you! As a reproductive justice advocate, I think it’s great that men are finally taking some of the onus for their own reproductive health (and by extension, their current partner(s) or future partner(s)) and I also can’t help but feel some sense of….a feeling I can’t quite name…about how it took Dobbs to cause men to act versus acting beforehand to defend abortion rights nationwide.

Finally, it also brings to mind (as an immigration attorney) the possible immigration consequences for folks should abortion continue to be criminalized/further demonized and misunderstood. Lots of nuance and intersectionality to be thought about with such a hot topic issue. Regardless, congratulations again!
